Self Employment Assistance

• The Self Employment Assistance Office is an office which is funded by the Federal Government.
• This program is delivered on behalf of the government in the form of Service Canada by St. Clair College.
• This office will help people who are EI eligible to start and run their own business.
• They will work with all types of businesses whether it is sole proprietorship, partnerships or corporations.
• They hold information sessions every Wednesday at 1pm at their office which is located at 2570 Dougall Avenue in Windsor.
• If you attend there is a lot more information to learn about this program and about starting your own business in general.
• You will also have the opportunity to complete an Eligibility Assessment Form.
• You can then leave the form with them and they will contact you within
• four business days with the outcome of your application.
